1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Once.Tres Studio services, you accept these terms of service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.
2. Services
Once.Tres Studio offers web design and development services, including but not limited to:
- Website and web application development
- User interface design (UI/UX)
- E-commerce store development
- Branding and visual identity design
- SEO optimization and digital marketing
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment of the project, all intellectual property rights of the delivered work will be transferred to the client. Once.Tres Studio reserves the right to display the work in its portfolio, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Payments and Billing
Payment terms will be specified in each project proposal. We generally require an advance payment before starting work. Late payments may result in project suspension.
5. Timelines and Deliveries
Delivery timelines will be agreed upon at the start of each project. We commit to meeting established deadlines, although external factors or changes in project scope may affect delivery dates.
6. Limitation of Liability
Once.Tres Studio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Our maximum liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on our website.
